The
Bradleyville Talent Show was held last Friday night, sponsored by the
Music Department. We had to miss it this year but heard the
attendance was good and the talent was wonderful. I do know that
Megan Howie won first place in her age division. I’ve heard Megan
sing before and she has a beautiful voice, so that doesn’t surprise
me. Megan is the daughter of Mike and Nancy Howie.
The
Senior Class will be sponsoring an Alumni Basketball game on Thursday
evening, November 8, and the FFA Chili Supper and auction on Friday
evening, November 9. For more details you may call the school at
796-2288.
New
Mansion Church will be holding their annual Deer Hunter’s Chili
Feed on Saturday, November 10 and again on Saturday, November 17,
starting at 10:00am until dark. There will be lots of different kinds
of chili, soups, stews and desserts to choose from, for just a
donation. There will also be an indoor yard sale the same day.
Everybody is welcome to come and eat, visit and browse the sale.
You’ll probably hear some really good hunting stories also.
